28-Dec-20 The modern take on a good book.
Several comments saying you prefer real books. I still prefer printed books, but use the kindle for convenience (plus it means I don't need to store them once they have been read!). The one thing I will generally still buy on paper is reference books as I find these difficult to read on kindle.

on December 28, 2020I still prefer the real books; however, I do not have room to store them anymore. So, I too have moved on to books on my iPad as well as audio books. I generally have 2 books going at a time. At least with the audio books I can multitask and get other things done while I'm reading.

on December 28, 2020Great shot and what a great discussion. Very interesting to read everyone's preferences.... I still prefer the real thing, I love everything about books, but I agree that kindle has it's place and the price and convenience can't be beat. If I can afford it, I will always choose a book, but times do change don't they?

on December 28, 2020I'm with you! I read all my books on the kindle app on my phone, so I always have my complete library with me. I would still buy paper versions of picture books such as gardening books.
