7-Nov-21 Two BMMO C1 coaches.
The Birmingham & Midland Motor Omnibus Company (BMMO) was formed in 1905. When it's business spread across the rest of the Midlands it became known as the Midland Red due to its bright livery. The manufacturing arm for building buses and coaches remained as the BMMO. These two examples of the C1 class are from the late 1940's and operated until the early 1960's.

on November 7, 2021Excellent capture of these two very old coaches, I love this in b & w, you've created a beautiful old photograph, perhaps taken when they were new. They must have been very impressive in their day.... as I bet they still are now.
